Prices on our site are quoted in Australian dollars, including GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax of 10%). Your cart will show the items excluding GST, and will re-calculate the GST based on the total order, including shipping and list it separately. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight Underpillow is based on the Gold Coast, Australia.

DOMESTIC: We use Fastway courier delivery service and Australia Post Registered Parcel Post, depending on the location.

Gold Coast Pick Up can be arranged from Mermaid Beach. Please pay for your order online, selecting "pick-up" in the shipping drop down menu of the shopping cart. We will contact you with further details regarding collection.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 working days for East Coast Australia, depending on your location, up to 10 days for WA and Tasmania. Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If no one is present at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising you of whom to contact. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, floods etc. Please ensure that the full address is included on the delivery address. You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.

INTERNATIONAL: Underpillow ships to most international destinations. International delivery costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the package and the country of destination - shipping rates are indicated in the shopping cart and are subject to GST. *IMPORTANT NOTE: For PayPal security reasons you can only ship your item to an address that is in the same country that you hold your PayPal account and relevant credit/debit cards.

CUSTOMS: Duties and taxes if applicable to your destination, are not included as part of the international shipping costs. Please check with your local customs agency to determine what duties and taxes may apply to your shipment, as you are responsible for these costs. We include a customs declaration and detailed order information on all international packages. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by customs. Payment and shipping are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

We strive to keep www.underpillow.com.au completely up to date. However, if we have advised that a product as available when it is not, we will contact you ASAP to discuss whether a backorder or refund is preferred.

Faulty goods
At Underpillow, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If the items you received are damaged or faulty in any way we will happily replace them or offer you a full refund. Please EMAIL US within 7 days of receiving the goods explaining the fault before returning with your receipt. Return postage for faulty goods will be refunded.

If you are returning products from oversees, please mark the customs declaration as "returned goods" to ensure prompt delivery to us. We recommend Air Mail.

We are not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are permitted provided the items are returned within 14 days from date of purchase. The items must be returned in their original, as new condition. Damaged items are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer.

Shipping charges are not refundable so please choose your order carefully. Upon receipt of the returned items and evaluation, PayPal will be instructed to refund your card/bank account (per original transaction) with the full amount less the original shipping charges.
